1Ki 19:4 But he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself […]

1Ki 19:4 But he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.

Elijah had done some fascinating things during his ministry. God was with him and blessed him everywhere he went. He was troubled by many yet each time he faced his foes with God’s strength and was able to resist and to repel them.
One day after rebuking King Ahab and being threatened by Jezebel that she would kill him, Elijah ran away.
He ran long and far and completely exhausted he sat down under a tree and said to God, “It is enough…”
Have you ever felt that way? Have you ever said to God, it is enough?
I believe God tests all He loves and takes them to their limits but never past them.
Job experienced it after a long and excruciating endurance of Satan’s attacks as he cursed the day he was born. He never went against God and neither did Elijah but they just showed their frustration.
Job, after God yelled at him and Elijah, after God showed him His power, were both brought to a better place. Job was restored everything tenfold and Elijah went up to heaven in a chariot of fire.
Many times I feel the testing of God pulling and pushing me into new strengths. Sometimes I want to scream out, “It is enough” but then I ask God to give me more strength. I ask Him not to take me so far that I will cry out, “It is enough.” I want to pass His tests.
Sometimes I will get a bit grumpy and complain and my wife will say something like, “Hold on, everything will be alright.” I will answer and say, you have been telling me that for fifteen years now! Yet I know she is right. With every passing of a test come a raise in grace from our God and He will fill me with peace which means, we’re cool!
I try to explain to my wife that no matter how “Christian and Godly” one is, if you drop a concrete block on their foot, they will scream. They may have great faith and now they also have great pain.
Lastly, it is alright to spout off once in a while. Try to keep it between you and God and try not to let the whole world see. (They are working on their own issues and don’t need yours also)
God knows how hard you try and also that you are human. Sometimes I say, Father, I know you are always right so there is no need to try to argue (I would always be wrong anyway) but I would ask for a bit of peace. Do you know what? He gives it to me.
So don’t forget, no matter how difficult it gets, like Job and Elijah, in the end we will always win with God.

When God created the world it was recorded in Genesis chapter one.

Chapter one gave an overall explanation of what was done. In the case of human beings , chapter one describes it as so:

Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Chapter two gives the details:

Gen 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.

This was the beginning. No growth of plant life, no man to take care of it.

Then: Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Gen 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.

There you have it. God made man and put him in the garden but man was not complete. He needed someone to complete him.

Gen 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

God created many things but none suitable for man:

Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
Gen 2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

Adam needed to be completed. Notice God did not create another man, also, he did not recognize the beasts or fowls good for him.

God had already His plan for man. He always knew what He would do.

Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

Notice he did not make a child but a woman. It was the only thing suitable as a help, meet for his needs.

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
Gen 2:25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

God had made the prototype if you will. The first couple, pair, designated partners. There was a man and a woman. Nothing else would do.

Let’s go back to God’s original plan: Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth,

Notice God’s plan was to replenish the earth.
Note: Before the 1800’s the word replenish was the same meaning as plenish so God wanted them to plenish the earth.

If there were two men, the plan would have failed miserably. You will notice that today, the earth is very populated and not one single person born, was born without the male and the female. For all you scientific people you get it. We are not amoebas.

Also remember this:Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

It was God who invented marriage.

So if anyone will try to do it any differently, it will fail as did Sodom and Gomorrah. They would also be guilty of trying to change that which God has put together.

One of the reasons a homo marriage could not work is because the Bible says:

Mat 19:6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

Homo associations can be put asunder because God has never ordained them. God said:
Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Good thing for those who disobey that we no longer have a Theocratic Government or else…

Same sex associations are against Christianity as well and fighting for that “right” is like a man fighting for the “right” to have children. It is impossible.

In conclusion, a union of homos directly violate the word of God and any real Christian will have to agree with God on this matter.

On the subject of that famous (now infamous) preacher, Jack Schaap from Hammond, Indiana , I feel that I should weigh in.

If you are sitting there saying, “Who the heck is this guy to voice an opinion?” Has anyone heard of him? Does he belong to our group? You are in dire need to hear of my take on all of this.

I discovered some time ago, as did others, that Jack Schaap was off the mark on his teaching but that was a result of a deeper cause. What I saw in his face and heard in his voice was that he was a man who believed his own hype.

Just like a child star who rises too fast and succumbs to the sinful ways around them, Jack Schaap and many other Pastors are not immune to such sin. What do the Scriptures say:

Jas 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Jas 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Jack Schaap’s downfall came long before the issue with the girl. It came when he thought he was higher than the world. When his judgments were better than others around him.

The Bible says:Pro 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

This was the problem in a nutshell. The man started being a law unto himself. It was his way, not God’s that brought him down.

Let’s look at the good news. He is going to heaven as long as he is truly saved.

I remember being on deputation when I called a Hyles – Anderson Church. (the title is symbolic of a higher problem) A lady answered the phone and told me that they will only see missionaries who have saved 1000 people in the past year and baptized them also.

If Mr Schapp believed that man saves anyone, he has a much larger problem.

However if he is a believer, he might have lost some crowns but he will still be in the congregation of the saved. More good news is Jesus loves him so much and he should fall on his face and repent. Jesus loves true repentance. That doesn’t mean he will go back to being the world’s Pastor but it does mean he, and his family can have peace even through this.

I am most troubled because I believe that his problem of pride is represented by many, many Pastors today.

Those who would jump up and point at him should realize as they do so, the four remaining fingers point back at your self.

Do we feel bad? Do we wish it did not happen? Do we pray for him and his family? This is all goes without the need to say.

What we need to say is how many others are in the midst of a huge pride problem which could result in many different sinful courses.

We know that this is not unique. One California Pastor stole $3 million from his congregation. One pastor is so big that if he sends out a missionary he just makes phone calls to other Pastors and they take them on and yet when he gets a request he ignores it. Many Pastors promised this missionary support and when the time came the checks did not and phone calls went unanswered. Many spread lies without substance about this missionary. I was at a meeting which I cheerfully donated to a Pastor to help him restore a Church. Another Pastor said “we have to help each other” not one of them would would let me in their Church to preach or present my work.

This is my personal testimony and most of it will soon be published in my book.

My final word is Preacher, look at yourself. Are you haughty? Do you go to your preachers meetings bragging about YOUR work?

Are you more interested in suits and ties then the hearts of man? Is your music program geared to praise the Lord or convince others of your greatness?

These and so many other questions should you ask yourself daily. There is nothing you did good that the Lord did not do. Nothing. My ministry is just to say, “Father, what should I do now?”

Brother Shaap, my prayers are with you and your family at these very difficult, but not impossible times.

What is not reflected in this report. Medical expenses, musical instruments, help to feed poor families,
slippers/clothes for the absolute poor kids.

Also not reflected is the occasional surprise donation. God always pays His bills!

God has been faithful. Many missions return home from the field after only a year and one of the major reasons is lack of funding. Most of them, had more than us.

I believe the only way to have a successful mission is to let God control everything and just obey His direction.

We have come a long way and are now seeking to raise $4 million dollars to build a compound which will allow us to minister to multiple thousands in the poorest area of the Philippines.

If you believe we have been good and faithful stewards of our resources, won’t you consider a donation?

God Bless!

Pastor Jack, Malou, Laura and Linda and the members of the Payatas Baptist Church!

One of the things that I always found odd is when a Pastor proclaims that no one can remove him from his position except God. Well […]

One of the things that I always found odd is when a Pastor proclaims that no one can remove him from his position except God.

Well heck. In one way I agree. I can not scratch my ear if God doesn’t let me and no, I am not being funny, it is absolutely true.

Yet as a Pastor, I would think if I was found doing things unbecoming a Pastor and even a layman, that my church could throw me out. As a matter of fact, I encourage it.

I do believe the Pastor should have a chance to repent and ask forgiveness of the Church but in the absence of that, he’s out of here.

One of the examples they give is the Bible says, “Touch not mine anointed”

The actual verses (and they will not give you what I will show you, only that short clip. “1Ch 16:20 And when they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people;
1Ch 16:21 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,
1Ch 16:22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

The bible was clearly speaking about all the Jewish people as being God’s anointed and He would not allow anyone to go against them.

Then they will give the story of Saul and David and say that David never did kill Saul although he had the chance. Okay. So, that means no one should kill the failing Pastor.

One quote I have heard in the past by more than one Pastor was that “God has put me in here and only God can take me out”.

Actually, the search committee or the Church board put you in there and yes, they probably prayed and sought God’s approval. that is exactly what they will do when they throw you out.

Most Pastors who defend this kind of thinking have some baggage and are actually concerned their church members may decide to throw them out.

One Pastor in California stole $3million dollars from the church. should the board have waited for God to throw him out or do you think they were in the will of God by doing so?

The call of a Pastor is serious business and we are to keep ourselves above reproach. That is a biblical mandate and if we can’t, we do not deserve to be in such an position.

Just think if only they fired Jim Jones before he passed out the Kool Aid.

My Blog today is not to show you how to get physical healing. God has provided doctors for such things and in some cases will heal you on His own. One thing I will tell you, unless it is demonically performed, you will never be healed by a Quantum Pendant or “Scalar” energy.
It is said people believe what they want to believe. That also provides for psychosomatic healing.
With the Quantum pendant, it is literally a scam from the start.
My experience with the pendant happened as I visited the office of the Lighthouse Foundation. A so called Christian organization that among many scams, one was selling these pendants and recruiting others to do the same.
There was a man there who also claimed to be a Pastor.
They took me in the room and gave me a demonstration. Did you notice the first five letters of demonstration?
Anyway, I can tell you about it, or show you. Please click on this video to see the scam. Fraud Alert!

This blog is not necessarily to alert the general public to the scam. If you are susceptible to scams, you will no doubt, eventually, fall prey to one or more. No, this is to warn the Christians as this type of scam is demonic in nature and goes back to mystical times.

There are far better men that can show you how this type of device and ploy was used by sorcerers, witches, and a whole host of idol worshiping people. All one has to do is a little referencing using Google or some search engine to produce those results. You must know that there are a ton of websites with false claims on how this stuff “really” works but don’t believe it for a second.

What we would like to do is warn the Christians that perhaps even their Pastor will try to get them to believe this stuff. You might say, “Oh, that’s just crazy talk”. However you would be shocked if I told you the name of the Church in Makati, Philippines (One of the largest) that at least one of their Pastors are promoting it to his students and teaching them that “The power of God is on this Pendant”.

Does God need to use this? Should we glorify this?

The head Pastor knows about it and as of this printing has done nothing to stop this Satanic practice and teaching in his church.

It is not our will to publish names as we are praying for this once great church to return to sound teaching. Please pray for them as well and also any who will be fooled by such nonsense.

The bible says, Mat 14:36 And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.

Come to Jesus for your healing and leave voodoo remedies for those who are perishing.
