Dear Friends,
This has been another month when we have seen the Lord bless in many different ways. From two baptisms and two new church members, to accomplishments by our young people, provisions for our feeding ministry, and other answers to prayer, we have much to thank God for.
Two Baptisms!
This month we had the great privilege of seeing two people follow the Lord in baptism.
Gisani Paracueles recently returned to the Lord and publicly demonstrated that renewed commitment through baptism.
Jovan Aba-A, one of our young people, recently put his faith in Christ and followed the Lord in baptism.
There are many things we do in Payatas, but nothing is more important than seeing people come to Christ and grow in their faith.
Please pray for Gisani and Jovan as they continue to follow the Lord.
Welcome to Our New Members
We are also thankful to welcome two new members into our church family:

Samantha OrDaniel
We thank God for adding to His church and pray that both will continue to grow and serve the Lord.
Celebrating Our Young People
We believe our children should be encouraged to do their very best in school.
Mae Bautista, one of our faithful members, recently brought home a report card with all grades of 90 or above! As a reward for her hard work, Mae will be receiving a special meal at Kenny Rogers.
Another of our young children earned an 80+ average and received ₱100 as a reward.
At the same time, please remember Mae and her family in prayer following the passing of Mae's father. May God comfort and strengthen the entire family during this difficult time.
God Provides for the Feeding Ministry
We were blessed this month with a wonderful donation for our feeding ministry: a sack of rice, eggs, vegetables, meat, and more.
These gifts help us continue feeding children and families in our community. We thank God for every person He uses to make this ministry possible.
Laura Has Her New Car!
We have another reason to praise the Lord. Laura has her new car!
A special thank you goes to our supporters whose generous gift provided the down payment. Your generosity made this possible, and we are very grateful.
A First for Linda!
This month brought another milestone for Linda, who is here with us in the Philippines:
Linda received her first U.S. adult passport!
After nearly 20 years together in this work, we thought our friends would enjoy sharing this little piece of good news with us too!
20 Years in Payatas!
On November 1, we will celebrate our 20th Anniversary!
Twenty years.
When we look back at everything that has happened since this ministry began, we can only say:
God has been faithful.
There have been victories and disappointments, plenty of surprises, and probably a few more adventures than Pastor Jack would have ordered!
But through it all, God has continued to provide and has allowed us to keep reaching children and families in Payatas.
Please pray for a wonderful 20th Anniversary celebration on November 1, and especially pray that God will continue using this ministry for many years to come.
