A Great ending to a Great year
December was so filled with activity that I actually forgot to write the news letter so here is a quick update:
100 Payatas Children’s Christmas Celebration
We had our annual 100 Payatas Children’s Christmas celebration and it was a great success.. New children were added to the ranks and all of them heard all about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.Kids who never, ever had a Christmas got one this year because of our very generous supporters. Your deeds are counted in Heaven!
We also had the PBC annual adult party with the proceeds of the Church caroling.
Balikbayan Boxes of Blessings!Boxes came in from our friends at VFN in Florida and our friends in Canada.
So many nice clothing items and so nice to see our people happily wearing them. Along with canned goods and all kinds of items, we enjoyed so much this Christmas.
Caroling
We blessed the community with our annual Christmas caroling and the PBC kids went out 3 extra times. These kids are so wonderful they started a fund to buy me a car. I told them, maybe in time for the next Pastor! Just the fact that they want to do it is such a blessing to me personally.
To see our Church out with all their instruments is really a sight to see.
Visitors
We had visitors from Texas and North Carolina and Florida. They blessed us by taking my family to lunch and giving the kids a JolliBee lunch.
One bought all the food for the Christmas party.
This year we had more parents show and they all got to hear the Gospel. Our theme was “God is Love” John 3:16
