Christmas Miracles! Although we did not make our goal for the PBC Payatas Kids Christmas Celebration, But God met all the needs and they had a blast. Then we went caroling and did not meet the usual amount of money from that but God made that happen also. Now we wanted to have a Christmas dinner and presents for the kids yet we had absolutely no money BUT GOD in His usual timely way provided for it all. I have learned to say in all my needs BUT GOD as He is the final authority of our needs. Now we are making our first all American good old fashioned Coconut cream pie. I pray we do it all right and if not—-But God can fix even that.

In everything we do, the message of the Gospel is shared with those who are perishing. What a joy to be able to be servants of the Lord.

Yes, we enjoy the frivolities and as we do, our Lord looks upon His creation. Those who serve Him with all our hearts and also celebrate. Like an earthly father who enjoys seeing his children haappy, how much more our Lord.

So as we close out this year, we want to thank those who responded to God by supporting this ministry. God did not call everyone but those He called and responded to that call, I believe were blessed this season. Thank you so much.

We look forward to many more saved, maybe a building built, children growing strong and changing the face of Payatas through Jesus Christ our Lord.

FORGOTTEN NOVEMBER NEWS

This has to be the first time in nine years that I have forgotten to write a Newsletter.
We have been so busy here at the Church that I haven’t had time to sit down and think. Do you ever get that way?
Sometimes we get so involved with the work that we do, that we may
just a little, forget that God has it all under control and we are being
much too serious as helpers in God’s work. I am not saying we do not
need to do anything because God has chosen us to do His work. We just
need to remember that it is God who goes before us to get it done.

With that said, we spent a lot of time trying to raise money for the
9th Annual PBC Kids Christmas Celebration and for the first time in nine
years, we did not make the goal.

It makes you start to question about whether or not you did it right
or worked at it hard enough but then, we look to the first paragraph
where we said it is God’s doing and He has it all under control.

Of course we love the kids here so much and with that comes an
intense desire to show them Jesus both with teaching and our own actions
that show the love of Jesus through us.
These kids would never have a Christmas at all if not for our hard work and people giving donations.

OOOOOPS!!! Did I just say that? I think the fact that I forgot this Newsletter was a lesson to be learned and not a mistake.

God showed me that it wasn’t our hard work nor the donations as he
made it all work out. Somehow, we were able to do all the things
necessary to put on the Christmas Celebration and all went wonderfully!
I will put photos in the December letter which I will hopefully remember in two weeks.
So, as you are running around like a chicken with your head cut off,
worrying about how you will get things done, remember to focus on God as
He will order your steps and give you the best path.

The lesson I have learned from all this is to work the work God has given to you. Work it, as if it depends on you
but when all is said and done, realize that God is the one that provides the outcome and His way is excellent.
So from our house to yours,
Thank you for all you do in God’s name.

BLESSINGS!

God is faithful and always seeks our good.
A dear supporter sent a package of Italian delicacies.

I went to town eating, Sopresata, Genoa Salami, Real Provolone,
Mozzarella, and a bunch more. It was a taste from the past!

Our good friends up in Canada bought 500 pounds of rice for our feeding program and another dear friend upped their support another $20 toward the feeding program each month.

We received surprize donations from some friends.

Another supporter gave us a box of clothes that supplied the entire Church. She also gave us a violin.

Another supporter gave us quite a few things including a wonderful Olympus Camera!

OUR NEW BATHROOM!

As we mentioned, our bathroom was falling apart. There had been a leak and so the landlord installed pipes on the outside of he walls to connect the fixtures. There were broken tiles and a floor that never seemed clean so we prayed and God led us to build the best CR (comfort room) in Payatas.
It took a few months to do it so we were able to pay little by little. A bathroom like this in the U.S. would have been about $15,000. It cost us around $1,000!

My Laura did the painting that you see. The window has since been replaced by a exhaust fan and we have installed a Chrome, push button soap dispenser.

October, for me is a bit sad. It was my Father’s birthday and his and Mom’s anniversary. It was the month my late wife went to glory and it reminds me of my sister passing way too soon.

However I am encouraged by these words:
Mar 10:28 Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.
Mar 10:29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s,
Mar 10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

When we came here we gave so much stuff away never to see it or the people who received it, again. Every object of our past was gone. All was left were memories. Good and bad.

Yet it also makes me happy. That we were willing to forsake all to serve God and we haven’t been disappointed yet.

We do it in silence as we see on FaceBook things like, Share this if you think teachers are the best-or nurses-or veterans but I have never seen one that speaks about those who left it all.

That does not mean you need to be a missionary but it does beg the question, when you received Christ as your Saviour, did you leave it all ?

Or are the priorities in your life have only to do with self pleasing?

Do you wake up in the morning realizing that God is there with you? Do you greet Him and study His word and pray or do you wait untill the evening and fall asleep while doing so?

Do you inquire of God how you might serve Him each day? How you might make a difference? What kind of legacy you will leave behind?

As the time draws nearer I do not cease to think of my life in Christ. It is my main focus. It is what fills my heart and makes me happy.

I have never regretted leaving it all behind.

what a wonderful feeling to have the little ones show their love in song.

Although I am a bit embarrassed by it, it is such a blessing to hear all the adults get up and with tears on their faces, give account for what this Church and their Pastors mean to them. Thank you Lord.

The sad part was not the loss of money (we are still here) but when we lost contact with them as friends. We have a love for our supporters. There are some who have not even made themselves known to us but we still share that bond and pray for them.

When searching for images that represent peace, I naturally
inserted the word “Peace” in the Google search engine. The result of
that was thousands of peace signs.

As a teen, we thought they were cool but as we got older, we
realized it was a broken, inverted cross. The world sees peace without
the cross. We know however that there could never be peace without the
cross.

Isa 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

DO YOU LIKE PEACE?

Of course you do although some people never seem to get
any. There always seems to be an impending doom of some kind hovering
over their heads, ready to destroy their peace.

I remind our Church all the time that the Bible is not a story
book to entertain but it is an instructional book for our survival. The
problem in the world is many people think if only they were rich or had
that new car or clothes or jewelry that they would be at peace. Have you
seen children when they want something? They act like they will die
without it especially if all their friends have it.
The Bible gives us the answer. God will keep us in “Perfect
Peace” not give us occassional peace but perpetual peace. He will keep
us there but there is a catch, your mind has to be stayed on Him. Do you
wake up in the morning saying, ” Good morning God?”
Do you read His word and pray, not for things but to be able to
please Him? Do you ask Him to show you what He has for you each day? Do
you delight in His promises? Then you, already know what I mean. As for
you others,give it a try. Shift your thoughts to God and off the things
of the world. You will have peace.

Peace in the Church

David said, “Psa 122:1 I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.

Whenever
we begin Church I say, “Good morning Payatas Baptist Church. It’s so
good to be…” (and the Church responds) “In the house of the Lord.”
And we mean it. There is no place on earth that we would rather
be. We are family, not just a place to meet once in a while. We are
there for each other. Everyone in the Church has a position and all work
together.
It is usual for me to pick up a baby that is crying and
continue my sermon. After Church, people chip in together for a little
fish and a little rice or whatever, and we all eat together. The kids
play their music together or board games and the adults get ready for
whatever group they are teaching that day. We have true peace as we
focus on the things of God.

Peace in the Homes

“Psa 4:8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.”

By having constant communing with God, His peace goes with us
where we go.We are satisfied with what we have, little or large because
God has gives His peace. Understand it is not having things which give
you peace, many who have much, desire more and have no peace. It is
being satisfied with that which God has given to us. So as my family
practices their music for Church or the kids are doing a craft and my
wife is working on her school curriculum, I can sit back and praise God
for the peace in my home.

Peace in service
Around 60 people every week come out to go door knocking
Saturday
comes and the crowd of happy Christians pour into the Church ready to
take the word (and peace) of God into the community. Our two by two
teams go out weekly to visit those they have met but who do not come to
Church to educate them in the Bible. It is a ten week program. There
have been many who began in the Church this way. We also have personal
visitation to the sick, or those who missed Church or requests from
family members.
The Church is there for the people, for the community and to
spread the Gospel. October so far has three scheduled Baptisms.

In a world filled with war, hate, disease, famine (all which
have been predicted) the Church of God can still live in peace because
He lives.

God bless all those who have supported this ministry with prayers and financiaal support.

“JUST AS IN THE DAYS OF NOE…

“Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were
eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day
that Noe entered into the ark,
Mat 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

As I ponder these words I realize more and more what they mean as I
compare them with the events of today. A little girl gets shot in her
room, while doing her home work, another baby shot in the face while in
his stroller. Police are being shot like flies and Farakhan has called
for 10,000 black men to start killing whites.Teenage boys are demanding
to use girl’s locker rooms because they claim that they themselves are
girls. the youngest students are taught about sex and not so much the
biology but the graphic and abnormal sex.

As you hear these things you might be tempted to say this is worse
than in the days of Noe. However the point of the verses is no one pays
attention to it. Evil is all around us and we have “Christians” saying
God doesn’t want them to vote or to speak out or to make a fuss. How
salty does that make us? where is the light now emanating from if not
God’s people.

I don’t know the future. Here in the Philippines they are pushing
to make divorce legal, There is a homosexual on practically every comedy
show and Christians don’t cry but laugh at their antics and it seems
that this Country is following the U.S. down the drain. We always
thought the Philippines was the 2nd most crooked nation next to
Indonesia but now we are realizing that America has just been doing a
better job of hiding it.

God did not show me the future. I don’t know if this is the end. I
will say this, if America does not do a dramatic change, it might just
be the end of this world. I am glad for the work we are doing here. I
will smile when I see my Saviour. I will hear Him say how we did our
best here. That we were watchman on the walls. That we spread the
Gospel, That we have shown the love of Christ.

I pray that each and everyone of you will be able to say the same
thing. That you did all you could do. That life was more than going your
way or doing your thing but going His way and doing His will. That you
spread the Gospel, fed the hungry, when to poor cried out, you answered
instead of ignoring it. The world got this way because of Christians and
their lack of being salt and light. We were not taken over, we were run
over as we laid down. The evil took over the media and the schools and
the local and Federal Governments and just as in the days of Noe, we did
nothing. If not for Noe, none of us would be here. In the face of
adversity, rise up and just proclaim “NOE!”

SCHOOL DAYS

This month as happy moms and dads all over America are pleasantly aware
that their children will return to school. It gets tiring seeing the
kids hanging out around the house saying, “I’m bored” or, “when are we
eating?”
Seeing them in school, learning, forging ahead is a great feeling.
Our PBC kids are already in the schools and already received their first report cards.
I am happy to report that they already have shown higher grades than last year.
Thanks to some of you, they have all their school supplies,
uniforms, legal papers and a strong desire to learn. Your generous
giving is causing kids to excel! Thank You.

Construction Projects

As we mentioned last month, we had a bit of a flooding problem and so we
jack hammered the cement on the side of the building, fixed the catch
basins and installed new drain pipes.

We also told you about how our bathroom of nine years was falling
apart and so we took on the project of a full replacement. I remember
building bathrooms 20 years ago and charging $6,000. Today, a bathroom
like we are building costs $10-$15,000!
Thank God we are in the Philippines. Our total cost will be under
$1000! We do a little each time as we get extral cash. I am happy to say
we are about two weeks from being done. All the wall tiles are up, the
pipes are all installed, there is an electric heater that only heats
when you turn on the shower. We still have to tile the floor of the
shower and the bathroom floor and we are making a glass block wall for
the shower. It should be about two more weeks and we will show the
photos.
The glass block wall will cost about $30. The most expensive thing
is the new sink and toilet which will be about $300. (That’s why it’s
last.)

We ask you to keep praying that we can have the compound but while
we are waiting, we believe in being good stewards with the things God
has given us to work with!

Let’s end this letter showing the purpose of this Church which is to
bring the Gospel of Salvation to the lost and as God gives them to us we
will baptize them.

9 Years of Successful Ministry Nine years ago we arrived here in the Philippines. Everything here was so different than home. We were not quite sure how we would start our ministry. We decided than that God would have to do everything as we were not qualified for any of this. I read somewhere that God never calls the qualified but qualifies the called. He has certainly done that in our case. The scriptures that have always impressed me are: 1Co 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 1Co 1:28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 1Co 1:29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. I glory in the fact that nine years ago God brought us here and He qualified us. He used us to confound those who were against us and despite our foolishness, allowed us to be part of a fantastic ministry. Our wonderful violins have arrived Our wonderful friends in Maine sent us two more hand made violins and another good friend brought them over from the States. Come hear the recipients of the five new violins play. Thanks to all our generous supporters may God bless you richly	When I first came to the Philippines I had no heart for missions. My heart was set on marrying Malou..God had given me a heart for her and she was the focus of all my attention. However after being here for a short time, God showed me the children on the garbage trucks, walking the roads with sacks and begging in the streets. It was at this time He told me I was coming back to be a missionary and He gave me another heart which beat for the Filipino people. 17 years of loving my wife and the Filipino people. What a wonderful miracle. Still being Good Stewards We finished the drain lines and cementing the walkway on the side of the building. We fixed our leaky kitchen roof and now we have started on replacing the bathroom The bathroom had a leak and so new pvc pipes were put on the outside of the walls and it just looked terrible. It is hard to keep the old tiles clean, the toilet tank is in poor condition and so we started jack hammering the floor to put new pipes in and everyone is on it together. A little each week and before you know it we will be showing photos. One of our Pioneers will be baptized tomorrow! Yes, our very own Maria Christina Plaza aka “Tin Tin” has asked Jesus to forgive and save her. She is 9 years old and is looking forward to her Baptism tomorrow Along with “Tin” we have, Elenamaye Agngaray Aguite,12, the daughter of our own Pastor Bobby and he will be baptising his daughter. What a blessing. Third is a young man name Jerome Passamonte. He is 10 years old and plays a mean beat box. May God bless them all!

Good friends of ours surprized us this month.
I looked up and saw my friend waving in the door way. I could
not believe my eyes. Him, his wife and their two handsome boys just
showed up at our door.
They are regular supporters and besides our being friends, felt it necessary to visit the ministry.

They sat through the service and when it was over they said they wanted to donate an Air Conditioner to the Church.

You could see the sweat pouring off them as they got a first hand feeling of how hot the Church was.

This made me think,if only we could get more people to walk in
our shoes, to sit in our church, to struggle with the children in their
poor homes, to attend a school with 80 others in your class. To want to
learn an instrument but can’t afford to buy one. To desire a college
education but realize there are no funds.
To sit in our feeding program as we try to prepare enough food to feed the children.

It’s tough and not apparent because other people do not feel what we feel here.

Please pray that the Holy Spirit opens hearts and we will get more support to bless more people.

We believe that if you are good Stewards, God will promote you.

We had a back yard in our Church about 9′ x 15′, so years ago
we put a roof over it and a steel door on the side, built some tables,
threw in an old refrigerator and a two burner stove and called it a
kitchen.

This month we replaced our broken two burner stove with two-two
burner stoves.We also installed a strong fan so the cooks will be a bit
cooler. Our Aircon is out that back window and so all the hot air goes
there. Now we blow it out the back with our new fan.

For all you cat lovers. Our mama cat just had 5 kittens that currently reside in the back of the kitchen in a box.

As I am writing, two of the men of the church are repainting the kitchen.

Musician Notes

Our Church performed wonderfully at Pastor Reuel Palit-ang’s
SMBBC Church 2 weeks ago and will perform at Don Antonio Baptist Church
this Sunday afternoon. We gave out a couple more guitars, two more
violins and about 9 recorders. Pray that our group will turn into an
orchestra!

Our wonderful friends up in Maine are sending us two more
violins which should arrive here via another missionary friend by or
around July 15th. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Pray for the Brethren

Please pray for the health, happiness and prosperity of all our
supporters. Pray we will get more supporters. We even have friends that
we disagree with. Please pray for them too. They are still our friends.
Some of them have important ministries and can use your prayerful intervention.

PBC COMPOUND

The
hope for the $5 Million dollar PBC Compound continues. I haave prayed
and prayed and asked God if it’s not His will to remove the desire. He
has not removed it from me or the church. We know God could touch one
person who could underwrite the entire project. Please pray with us.

Like never before the evils of this world are getting worse and
worse. Men changing to women, women to men and children being asked not
what they want to be when they grow up but what sex they want to be.

The Salt and light are getting dull and dim. However there is a remnant. Fight the good fight and don’t give up.

destroy the truth and replace it with a lie. Today, clost to 60% of all
“Christians” use this abominable writing as the word of God. PLEASE!!!

Life is about education. From the time
we are born we are learning and how we are taught designates how we
will eventually live on our own.

Poverty and despair has been taught here in Payatas for years and
they have done a good job at it as thousands repeat the destinies of
their fore fathers.

God called us here to change all that. The first order of business
was to educate everyone we could about our Saviour and His desire to
save them.

After they received Christ (also before) we started training them
in Academics. They would bring us their lessons and we taught them a
week ahead of time so by the time the teacher started teaching, they
already knew the lessons. That worked and we have their report cards to
prove it. With sometimes as many as 80 kids to a class, our specialty
tutoring gives them the edge that they need.

we have kids from Kindergarden up to college.

In the main body of this letter we will focus on the education of these children.

MUSIC

Satan is the music thief. He was constructed as the Bible says
with tabrets and the ability to make beautiful music but his downfall
killed that.

I walk into Church before the service and hear our people singing
and praising God with their voices and musical instruments. I actually
have to stop them so we can begin. There is nothing like it and they
learned it all at PBC.

Music changes the way we feel and when we direct music to the Lord it draws us even closer to Him.

Statistics show those who are involved with music have a 50% better chance to graduate college.
It teaches discipline and obedience.

Life is about Education -“Pro 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

SCHOOLS = SCHOOL SUPPLIES

We have been raising funds to get school supplies for 50 kids that do not have any.

We have 5 kids who need uniforms as they have never been to
school before. Our people spend time to register these kids. It’s not
easy because many do not even have birth certificates but the Principals
now recognize us at PBC and take our word when we say we will take care
of it. So off to the NSO office to go through the bureaucratic nonsense so these kids can prove they are who they are.

“We stand in the gap between these kids and the world and God give us strength for these kids to win this battle.“

We needed $26 for 5 uniforms and $650 for school supplies for 50 kids bringing it to $676.00

With 2 days left to go we now need $303!

Did I mention that the majority of these kids are saved which makes
them YOUR little brothers and sisters. If you can, send something:

Our Music is Spreading!

How does music spread you might ask? It spreads by mentoring, sharing and teaching each other.
Our music ministry which started with one guitar now has about 16!
We have 12 violins, 3 Ukuleles, 5 keyboard players, 13 recorder
players…

But now we have two different Churches who send some of their
young people to learn and they are doing great. We pray they will teach
others also to change the way Churches relate to Christ as being
praiseworthy and not just someone who caters to our needs.

We will be playing in San Mateo on the 5th of June and at Don Antonio on 28th of June.
Pray for our musicians.

By the way, we have made good friends with a couple in Maine. He
is a Luthier (One who makes Violins) He first donated one, then we got
another two and now he says he and his wife want to give us another two!
Here is the catch. We need violin mules. Unlike drug mules, this
is perfectly legal. Our missionary friend brought the first one and
another brother coming on a missions trip brought the other two. They
just either carry it on or put it in baggage.
So the Question is:
IS ANYONE COMING TO THE PHILIPPINES SOON?

Our Flowers are Growing

Vacation Bible School

April was a wonderful month and as they say, The showers are preparing the flowers.

Our children are growing strong on all levels. We had our Vacation Bible School on april 20-25.

Let me brag a bit. (In the Lord) This was the absolute best VBS we
have had in nine years. Not only did every adult work the week but each
one was excellent in what they did.
Additionally, the teens took initiative and were involved in all
aspects especially the teaching. Even the pre teens were teaching the
littlest ones. I am so proud of each and everyone and how they have
become obedient to God.

Resurrection Sunday

We celebrated Resurrection Sunday together partaking in the Lord’s
supper. We had beautiful music by our own musicians as well as
wonderful testimonies singing God’s praises about being new creatures in
Christ and growing in Him in His Church.

School Starts for Laura & Linda

After the time to raise money for the books and then raising
money for the transportation, the Philippine Government decides we
should pay another $100 for tax. Malou went down and it took two trips
but there was no charge. The law specifically says books for education
are exempt but this place does what they can to make our lives harder
even though we give them our services for free. Anyway, praise God. As
you can see on the left, the girls are happily at their work.

School Days, School Days, dear old golden rule days

You might say, “Why are you singing about school when it’s almost summer vacation?”
Well, that’s because school starts in April here in the
Philippines and unlike back home, these kids are so excited about it.

Perhaps it’s because many are not able to go as they are helping
to earn an income for the family. Sounds like the U.S. a hundred years
ago, doesn’t it?
Some just don’t have money for things like supplies or lunch…
Two little girls who have been coming to Church had no birth certificates and so they could not register for school They live with their infirmed GrandFather and the mother is off with another
family so they had no one to help them with the system.
PBC to the Rescue!

We did what it takes and got their birth certificates and were
able to register them in school. When they were brought to the building
the little one looked up to see how big it was and said, “Is this my
school?” What a joy to tell her YES!

I am so glad for our industrious members who have the ability and
stamina to run this rat race and to make things happen. Also, all praise
to our God who gives us all things we need to do His work.

Now we have three more, ages 11, 9 & 8 they have never been to
school. They have no birth certificates. We will be working to register
them today! All this paper work costs money and their parents don’t
have it. It all comes out of our budget.

Linda and Laura’s Education

I am so proud of my kids and the grades that they are getting.
Linda is going into the fifth grade. I can’t believe it. It seems like
yesterday she was in a basket on the floor of the plane coming here.
Laura has an average of
96.78 while her little sister Linda has 98.48 but Linda doesn’t brag! We were able
to pay for their books and now I got this email:

Blessings in Music

One of our good friends in this ministry is sending us two more
violins! It is so great to be able to replace some low quality
instruments with good ones. Our students are getting so good and the
quality of sound that these new violins produce make an incredible
difference.
We are having a contest to see who is the best. Those persons will
receive a new violin. It also encourages them to practice harder.
One of the problem we have in receiving these violins is shipping.
It cost about $300 to ship a violin, then probably another $300 for
customs and then shipping within the Countries +++
Well, what we do is to look for people coming here to bring them.
We had one going to the U.S. but not sure exactly when and one there but
not sure about when he will return. Then I got a note from a Face Book
friend who is coming here to work with a nearby Church with their VBS
program. He said he would finally like to meet me in person. I was
excited about that and told him great and let’s get in touch when you
are here. The next day I said to myself, “DUH!” He is coming here! The
first week of April. So I got back on F.B. and asked if he would be
willing to bring the violins to which he replied favorably! Praise the
Lord. Now, all we had to do is ship them from Maine to Texas. (also not a
cheap trick) However the man who so generously provided the violins,
paid the tab on the shipping. That is the second time he did that. It is
so hard for me even after going on nine years to learn to receive. I
love to give but receiving is so hard. I feel like I am taking advantage
but someone wrote once, when you are faced with that kind of
generosity, graciously accept it and say thank you. Do not refuse it
because then you are taking a blessing from both you and the giver.
Remember, God creates and allows these circumstances to bless us all.
Amen.

Our Musicians have also been invited to my friend, Pastor
Palit-ang’s Church for a “Music Night” where we will perform. The Church
members are very excited about that. Pray that we will be a blessing.

Vacation Bible School

VBS will begin on the 20th of April. Please pray that it is
successful and many will be saved. We take VBS very seriously and so
every year we send our teachers to train in the newest techniques to
present the Gospel to the kids through various means.Click here to see some photos

FEEDING PROGRAM

Please remember to pray for our feeding program. We are feeding hungry kids 7 days a week.
Also, pray for our volunteers who not only serve the kids but
cook, clean, lead devotions, shop and make sure all runs very smoothly. I
am so thankful for our people.

OUR SERVICES

I recently realized what a blessing our people are. In all the
Churches I have been to I have always noticed quite a difference in the
amount of people who attend on a Sunday morning compared to a evening or
weekly service or activity. We have about a 97% return rate. In other
words we are full in the evening as well as the morning.

I also was a bit upset that we only had 60 doorknockers and were down a couple. Then I
realized how many Churches just have a few. I am so thankful that the Lord runs this Church.
He has blessed us to be a blessing!!
