Why Give for the Cause of Payatas?

Through Payatas Mission Outreach, Inc.
By Pastor Jack Wilson

There are many worthy places where you can give your money, but the most important reason to give to Payatas is that the Holy Spirit has touched your heart and led you to support this ministry. Through Payatas Mission Outreach, your generosity helps us share the Gospel while meeting the practical needs of children and families.

Payatas Mission Outreach has served children and families in Payatas for many years. Our purpose has always been to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ while also reaching people in the midst of their very real needs.

If you are not led to give to this ministry, then please find another worthy ministry to bless. But bless someone.

P.M.O. Is Strong

Most mission projects are focused on bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who have not heard. Ours is no different in that respect. Where we have tried to be different is in the way we approach evangelism.

No one should preach the Word of God to someone who is starving and then simply walk away without helping. We want people to know that we genuinely love them and care about their needs. Our desire is to see lives changed, families strengthened, and people come to know and serve the Lord.

Over the years, our ministry has included feeding programs, Gospel outreaches, clothing distributions, Christmas programs for children, medical missions, and other efforts designed to meet both practical and spiritual needs.

P.M.O. Has a Heart for Hurting Souls

Our programs have reached children and families throughout Payatas. Children have enjoyed meals, games and gifts donated by generous supporters and organizations, but most importantly they have heard the Gospel and received the Word of God.

Our desire is to reach as many people in Payatas as possible with the good news of Jesus Christ.

P.M.O. Is a Documented Ministry

For nearly two decades, our work has been documented through photographs showing the people, programs and progress of the ministry. These photographs provide a record of what God has allowed us to accomplish and of the many people who have participated in this work.

P.M.O. Has Long-Range Goals

Our vision has always extended beyond meeting today’s immediate needs. We want to help create lasting change through Christian ministry, education, outreach and compassionate service.

This ministry is not about one individual. It is about people working together with a common purpose: sharing the Gospel and helping children and families build a better future.

God uses people to accomplish His work. Will you be one of those people? Will you become part of what God is doing in Payatas?
